Upgrade SSD and RAM in a Laptop

Step 1: Remove the Battery and back cover

Step 2: Remove the HDD Case

Step 3: Remove the RAM modules and install the new modules.

Step 4: Place the HDD and SSD into a caddy (or connect via SATA)

Step 5: Use DISKPART utility to Clean the SSD, then use Disk management to initialize the SSD.

Step 6: Clone the data from the HDD to the SSD. For this we use Paragon Drive Copy.

Step 7: Install the SSD into the drive bay and replace the cover and battery.

Thats it! Enjoy much faster speeds.
